4. Message Frequency & Data Rates
SMS message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us and the services you use, but will not exceed 3-5 messages per day unless there is a time-sensitive notification event, such as an urgent property or maintenance notice. Introduction
By joining the Premier Management Group LLC SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages, including notifications, updates, reminders, and service-related messages, at the mobile number you provide, subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are intended to align with TCPA (2026) and CTIA Best Practices.
1. Opt-In Consent
In accordance with 2026 TCPA guidelines, participation in our SMS program requires your explicit one-to-one consent. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Premier Management Group LLC only, and your consent is not shared with other companies or third parties.
You may opt in through one or more of the following methods, depending on how Premier Management Group implements its SMS program:
Web Form: You provide your mobile number and actively check a clearly labeled box stating that you agree to receive SMS messages from Premier Management Group for property-related communications.
Verbal Consent: You verbally agree to SMS participation after being read a compliant SMS consent disclosure by a Premier Management Group representative.
In-Person Paper Form: You sign or complete a paper intake or application form that includes a dedicated SMS consent section with clear, compliant language.
Email Opt-In: You reply to an email or complete an electronically signed document that includes explicit SMS consent language.
Keyword Opt-In (if used): You text a published keyword, for example PMG, to the number provided by Premier Management Group after being clearly informed that doing so enrolls you in the SMS program.

2. Message Frequency

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Premier Management Group LLC at any time.
Reply STOP to any SMS you receive from us to end messages from that specific program.
