Casey received her real estate license from CLI and holds a CAM certification from the Greater Nashville Apartment Association.

    Erik is a licensed Realtor based in Nashville, serving property owners across Tennessee with hands-on experience in short-term rentals, long-term rentals, property management, and association management. Having lived all over the U.S.—from Seattle and Columbus to Philadelphia, Knoxville, and now Nashville—Erik brings a broad perspective and a practical, people-first approach to managing homes and investments. He's also been a licensed financial advisor since 2012, which gives me a unique lens when working with investors and owners who view their properties as long-term assets. Outside of work, Erik lives in Nashville with his wife and their two-year-old daughter, and enjoys building systems that make life easier for owners and families alike.
