    Casey brings over 16 years of property management experience and 10 years of real estate knowledge, primarily focused on the multi-family industry. Prior to joining PMG, Casey worked in the multi-family industry as an Area Vice President for a third-party management company. Casey received her RE license from CLI in 2014 and CAM certification in 2013 from the Greater Nashville Apartment Association.

    Susan began her journey in the real estate business in 2020. She and her husband own short term rentals and have enjoyed the process as well as getting to know people from all over the country. Susan says she loves what she does and didn't hesitate on becoming our short term rental property manager. Due to her personal and professional experience, she is the perfect property manager to run the short term rentals here at PMG.

    Some of Susan's duties as the short term property manager include creating a listing, maintaining the home, and communicating with the owners and guests before, during, and after the guests’ stay. Susan personally goes to check on the homes, stocks supplies, and makes sure everything is at its best for our owners and guests. We work through airbnb and Vrbo to showcase the homes in order to help bring guests to our rentals.
